Stamping Palettes

We design and manufacture stamping palettes to transport blanks sized up to 4000 x 2000 mm with a combined weight capacity of upto 12 tons. Thanks to their specially-calculated structural design, these palettes, which combine low dead weight with the highest mechanical strength, can also be used in a turnover station.

At the outset, planning and construction of the palettes are designed to conform to structural integrity requirements. Obligatory structural integrity certification is part of our service.

Stamping pallets with replaceable internal cassettes. Superficial damage doesn’t have to mean buying a costly new palette – you only need to replace the cassette.

This palette is also designated for use in a turnover station.

The palette is secured by an 8-sided or round pin.
